This large-scale retirement village incorporates a mix of balustrade solutions across its apartments and shared spaces.

Although Havelock North is outside our usual area of work, Ryman Healthcare is a long-standing and valued customer, and we were proud to support them on this project.

Our most popular and longstanding Viking balustrade system was used on apartment balconies and stairways, providing durability and a clean architectural finish. In common areas, including the foyer and the exterior spaces facing the bowling green, we installed a combination of Edge Commercial aluminium and glass balustrades to balance safety with transparency and visual flow.

The result is a cohesive balustrade package that supports both the functional and aesthetic needs of the village, enhancing resident comfort and the overall quality of the development.
