The first stage of a large housing development
This development consists of three three-storey tower blocks constructed over a basement podium, providing a total of 48 apartments.
Balustrades played a major role in the project’s overall design. Viking aluminium balustrades were installed along all elevated walkways, delivering durability and a clean, modern aesthetic. On the apartment balconies, framed frosted glass balustrades were used to ensure privacy while maintaining natural light.
The combination of aluminium and glass solutions provided both functionality and architectural appeal, enhancing the liveability and visual quality of the apartments.
