Wakefield St Apartments

Cost savings were sought by the client and this required some out of the box thinking from MAXIMO. We provided a solution where Edge Semi-Frameless Glass balustrades could be fixed from inside the building reducing the product cost and also reducing construction costs further, as scaffolding could be removed earlier than scheduled.

The solution required engineering approvals and significant collaboration with the client and their architect.

Overall, this was a great outcome for the client and MAXIMO. The savings were considerable, the design fitted the brief with superior product and workmanship.
