The brief was simple, “minimalist clean look in powder-coated black”. We visited the customer and showed them examples of previous projects where a similar treatment was required. We went through the products we had on offer, explained the features of each and made sure the customer was thoroughly informed about the various options. Once the final design was decided on, we supplied a quote to design and install balustrade systems on all three units. The end result meets the customer’s brief perfectly; a minimalist look that enhances the properties image. Job complete and the customer was extremely happy.
