Bespoke Balustrade for Cockle Bay Property
Our client approached us during a major renovation of his residence. With a keen eye for precision, he was seeking a bespoke balustrade and fencing system that would blend seamlessly with the home’s architecture, deliver a premium aesthetic, and provide the necessary safety features.
Because we were engaged early in the project, we were able to dedicate more time to design and detail. Custom base plates were created to recess into the deck, giving the balustrade a clean, high-end appearance with uninterrupted views. Our designer worked closely on-site with both the client and builder, ensuring that every element aligned with the overall vision of the renovation.
COVID-19 presented industry-wide challenges, but early involvement allowed us to get ahead of supply chain risks. Materials were ordered in advance and moved directly to our factory, where all components were pre-manufactured and delivered as a modular system. This approach streamlined on-site assembly, maintained a tidy construction site, and kept the project on track.
The result is a bespoke balustrade that balances beauty and safety, perfectly complementing the renovated home. The client’s desire for sophistication and precision was met in full, with a finished product that harmonises with the property’s aesthetic while providing long-term function and reliability.
