Bader Ventura Apartments

Bader Ventura is a landmark vertical apartment development in Māngere, created to deliver high-quality, sustainable housing and strengthen the local community.

Our role was to design and install bespoke balcony fin balustrades and vertical fin privacy screens, both central architectural features. The balustrades reinforced the building’s strong vertical lines while providing safe, clear balcony spaces. The privacy screens offered comfort and seclusion without reducing light or airflow.

By being involved early, we were able to integrate these systems seamlessly into the structure. Prefabrication reduced on-site waste, streamlined installation, and supported the sustainability goals of the development.

The outcome is a cohesive, future-ready housing community recognised with multiple awards: Gold at the Commercial Projects Awards – Residential, Supreme Winner at the Construction Sector Beacon Awards, and Construction Excellence in Sustainability at the Auckland Property People Awards.
