After realising there was a real need for a better customer experience within the balustrade and exterior products industry, he became dedicated to offering customers improved communication and a higher level of professional delivery. Daniel drives our company’s vision to be the leader in our industry.

Head of Operations
As a qualified builder, John brings significant operational and organisational skills to MAXIMO. With a can-do attitude, he coordinates all our departments to ensure a superior quality product, timely installation and high customer satisfaction.

Sales Manager
Leroy is the driver of our sales business. He is very client and company-focused and will ensure that you are looked after.

Nafis is a very experienced and qualified fabricator and factory manager. His workmanship is outstanding and with him on board you can be assured that your will receive the best quality product.

Residential Estimator
Raj manages our estimator team who price and mark-up our residential work. He will ensure that your requests are priced correctly and efficiently.

Lead Installer
Marson is a qualified carpenter and has many years of experience of installation both locally and overseas. He leads a team of hard workers who are proud of the great quality they deliver.
Anil Patel
Designer / Draughting
Another engineer with strong fabrication skills. He delivers designs through his understanding of how our fabrication and manufacture works.

Designer / Draughting
Ragavan is a mechanical engineer and comes with previous experience in the glass manufacturing industry, he is enthusiastic and strives to deliver top notch designs.
